Better late then never....

 

I apologize for the late post, I just returned to the Land of Cort after a fantastic day at home celebrating my fathers Birthday. It was filled with playing with dogs, snowmobiling and eating. Lots and lots of eating. If you happen to see one of your coaches in the corner struggling to stay alive tomorrow that will probably be yours truly. 

Todays WOD is a quick hitting little couplet that incorporates a little bit of pulling and a little bit of pushing. As you well know this is a great combo that we try to throw at you in as many ways as we can. We will also be continuing our squat work during the remainder of this week so make sure that you have your numbers ready to go! See you at the box!

 

For time- 

9-7-5 Cleans (115/165)

21-15-9 Pushups

*perform 9 cleans then 21 pushups, then 7 cleans and 15 push ups etc...
