The Snatch.

This week we'll work on the snatch movement, twice. Today, we'll use a barbell, build a bit heavy, then hammer away with good technique on rep after rep. On Friday, we'll practice again with a different piece of equipment, the dumb bell.

Here's a short video on why the footwork we drilled on Monday with the clean is important. You'll use it again today when you receive your snatch in an overhead squat.
