Workout of the Day

5 Minute AMRAP
10 Burpees
10 AbMat Situps


Skill sessions will include rowing intervals and some overhead press. Come in with your 1RM weight from your most recent strict press. If you don't know it, that's okay!

You will go as hard or mellow as you want to on the rowing today.


Don't Forget! Come in by 8pm to watch the 16.1 Live Announcement! Even if you're not doing the open and you want to be part of the social gathering, come join! We'll watch the announcement, either cry or cheer and then quickly head out so we all can get a solid night's rest.
