"Is it really fair to describe sugar as a treat, considering how much we already eat it all year round?"

Bringing you this great John Oliver piece from last year. It needs to come to the surface again as Halloween approaches.

Also, this is a reminder that we will be a candy-free box this Halloween! So, please feel free to keep your sugary treats at home for your tricker-treaters, and not for our exercisers. Unless one of our exercisers comes to your house looking for a treat, then I suppose...well you should tell them to go away because they are too old.

Workout of the Day

20 OHS (65/45) 20 Push ups
