This is our benchmark for this month! This is a test today, so get lots of sleep (8-10 hours), drink some pre-workout and hit it with everything you've got. YouTube has gazillions of double under tutorials and tip videos if you need some last minute cramming. :-)

Remember, this is always scalable. We can consider cutting reps of DU or going with Singles today if jumping rope is new to you.
We'll do a little gymnastics skill work, for practice, not for training or competition.
