Was that WOD yesterday tougher than it looked or what? Holy legs and grip strength batman! You guys did a fantastic job on it and got through it though. I know that those last few step ups were awful. Today, I am planning on giving you guys a couple of places that you can go if you want to read about:

Now, the first one doesn't really apply to me but I know that we have PLENTY of strong, amazing women here that definitely feel like CrossFit is having an amazing impact on their lives. I am proud to say that we are a part of the "strong is the new skinny" movement here and that we are redefining beauty and crushing stereotypes. You all are awesome! There are plenty of posts that are similar to the second one but it is always refreshing for me to read stuff like that. It is a good reminder to keep at it consistently and to not take yourself too seriously. Put in the work, have some fun and good things will happen.
