Well, 15.4 is almost in the books and we are down to our last week of the open. It's been a fun ride so far and I would like to give our athletes a big shout out. You all have been absolutely KILLING these workouts thus far. I know that plenty of you have been surprising yourselves with how well you have been doing and we need you to keep it up for one more week.
Today, we will be re testing a WOD that we have recently completed. Although this time, the order of the movements will be reversed. This will force you to really take your time with the setup for the barbell movement. Don't be in such a hurry to finish the round that you end up throwing your form out the window. Remember, if you start in a good position, you are more likely to finish in a good position.
