Happy Christmas Eve's Eve!
For starters, I have no clue if that is worded properly or even a thing but I'm going to run with it. Maybe someone that has a better grasp on the English language can help me out. I am a damn raconteur, not a lexicologist.
Well now that you have researched your vocab words for today (I like to break a mental sweat as well) lets talk about the schedule for the rest of the week. Today's schedule will be business as usual but if you are unsure then here is the schedule for the rest of the week.
23 December 2014- Normal Schedule
24 December 2014- CLOSED
25 December 2014- CLOSED
25 December 2014- PM Classes only!
26 December 2014- Normal Saturday Schedule

If any of you have any time to kill (who DOESNT have time to kill around the hollidays) and are looking for a cool video to watch, take a look at THIS. It is a recap of the 2014 CrossFit invitational where 4 teams from all around the world competed against each other. Guess who won? Hmmm I guess you will just have to watch to find out. It is a 26 minute long video though so make sure that you grab yourself a mug of bulletproof coffee and a huscle bar so you can watch it in one sitting.
