Let's get this competition rolling!! The "Dog days of summer" challenge has officially started, and we want YOU to compete! Why haven't you signed up yet?! It's your turn to try something new.  Now go out there and be awesome.

 

Speaking of competitions, don't forget about the CrossFit Games coming up this week!! (Silly me, who would ever forget such a thing?!)  You can watch it on a live stream on ESPN3, or you can wait until it airs on ESPN and ESPN2 the nights of the events.  (These will not be the full events, I don't believe you'll be able to see the teams or masters unless you watch the live stream.)  For more information on how to watch, click here.

 

 

Here's an update video talking about the events.  In true CrossFit fashion, some of the events are not announced ahead of time in order to keep the unknown factor alive.
