Workout of the Day

21 Minute- EMOM- 

Round 1- 1 Snatch (155/105) or other heavy but reasonable weight for you
Round 2- Max Effort Strict Pullups
Round 3- Max Effort Double Unders

After Minute 3, you'll start back at the snatch and cycle through each for a total of 21 minutes.

Scores will look like the following: Snatch weight, # total pullups, # total double unders
