The post today has absolutely nothing to do with the WOD.
Why? You know why. Don't stress about it because it is a running WOD. Just show up. Put in the work. Kick ass. Smile. Leave. Thats it!
Instead, I wanted to give you guys a few tools that you can throw in your little CrossFit tool box. I would like to focus on mobility today. Everybody can benefit from doing mobility. Everyone. It doesn't matter if we are talking about an olympic weightlifter, gymnast or your grandmother. Who knows, maybe your Granny IS an olympic weightlifting gymnast. How cool would that be?
But I digress...many of you know that we at 7VCF love Kelly Starrett and the videos and books he puts out. We get many of our mobility ideas from him. What I have done for all of you today is the dirty work. I have put in the long hours on the interwebs and set this page up JUST FOR ALL OF YOU! Check it out:

Pretty impressive stuff right? I thought so too. Honestly though. Mobility can be that easy. If you have something that is bugging you or if you have something that you want to improve then all you have to do is roughly 15 minutes of "research".
Another great resource that I found a couple of weeks ago is called ROMWOD. I did the free trial and I forgot to cancel after my trial was up so my darn card got charged and I'm stuck doing it for another month. I have to tell you, I'm pretty glad that it happened! Well folks, there you have it. Now you have two perfectly good mobility tools at your disposal. Use them! I promise that if you do, you won't regret it. Now for the part you've all been waiting for...
