Fittest on Earth

 

Here at 7VCF we aren't necessarily trying to become the fittest people on earth, we are just trying to be more fit than we were yesterday. So far I think that all of you are doing an awesome job! If you are interested in see how some of the games athletes train, live and compete then you should check out this movie on iTunes. It did not disappoint!

I think that we will see a heavy barbell movement coupled with something else....perhaps box jumps? My official prediction is that we will be performing something like this where the weight on the bar goes up but instead of Deadlifts it will be THRUSTERS! Boom.

Don't worry, that isn't todays WOD. We wanted to give your shoulders a bit of a break and try to do some strength maintenance work. If you have a 1RM back squat make sure that you have that # in mind when you come in. We will have plenty of time to lift all of the weights today.
