"Eat your fish, it's brain food!!"

-My mother during one of her many (unsuccessful) attempts to get me to eat my fish.


Unfortunately, I HATE fish.  I say "unfortunately", because as it turns out, my mother was actually right. Fish is considered "brain food".  On that note, I guess we could also call it "heart food" and "anti-inflammatory food".  That's right; the omega-3 fatty acids found in fish are good for your brain, your heart AND are a natural anti-inflammatory.  What that means is that consuming these omega-3's can actually help reduce pain that is caused by inflammation.  Say goodbye to achy joints!
