Last week we dedicated quite a bit of time to some of the bigger lifts, including both heavy cleans and snatches. So, to keep things varied, we're going to start this week off with some skill work in our basic gymnastics shapes and movements. Some of it will be skill based drills and some will just be basic strengthening for a variety of gymnastics movements.

Monday Skills and Strength: hollow position, ring dips, and shoulder pressing

For Time:
40 Calorie Row
40 PushUps
40 Weighted Lunge Steps (115/75)

Go hard on the row. Your pushing strength won't be fatigued getting off of the rower. Challenge yourself appropriately for the push ups and lunges.
