Workout of the Day
30 Minute E2MOM
Every 2 Minutes, complete ___ reps of ___ movement.
Today you'll choose 3 movements or skills to work on. You'll make a plan of a certain number of repetitions of each exercise to practice in a 2 minute block. Each 2 minutes for 30 minutes, you'll alternate movements. Here's an example of what this might look like, if you're left feeling confused...
I know I want to work on some heavy squat cleans today. Also, my SMART GOAL is to be able to string together sets of 2 bar muscle ups consistently. And I think it'd be fun to practice triple unders more.
Minutes 0-2- Squat Clean x3 reps, not touch and go, but all singles with a good strong set up for each. I'll rest the remainder of the 2 minute block and add 10 pounds for the next round.
Minutes 2-4- Bar Muscle Up x2. If I can manage 2 sets of 2 during the 2 minutes, great. I'll be working on my SMART Goal.
Minutes 4-6- Triple Under attempts! No set amount of reps, I'm just going to go for it and see what I can accomplish. I may fail 20 times before I even get one, and that's going to be okay.
MInutes 6-8- Back to my 3 Squat Cleans...
MInutes 8-10- Back to my Bar Muscle Ups
Minutes 10-12 Back to my triple under practice...and so on
