For Time

50 Jumping Lunges
50 Weighted AbMat Situps (50/35)
50 Deadlifts (135/95)
50 Push Press (95/65)
50 Burpees

This is strikingly similar to last Wednesday's 50s chipper. Attack in a similar way, big sets, keep moving, 20 Minute CAP.
