Workout of the Day

"Cinco de Tabata"

Tabata: Air Squats
Tabata: Handstand PushUps
Tabata: Shuttle Runs
Tabata: Pistols
Tabata: Ring Dips

*The tabata will be 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for 8 rounds. You'll do 8 rounds of work with each movement.
