3 Hang Power Cleans
3 Front Squats
12 Toes to Bar
Saturday, December 22,- 12 Days of Christmas WOD! Wear something Festive! I've added two more spots to each heat, to make a total of 10 per heat. If you're flexible, you can probably hop into any heat that has room on the floor or if there is a no-show!
