Here's a scene from the 2015 OPEN. This is a good reminder that part of what brings us so much joy with this fitness thing called CrossFit is the fact that we have others to share the experience with. Sometimes lately it feels as though we've lost some of that excitement and support, I'm excited to see it re-kindled #intheopen or even sooner, in our regular classes. Support means being a little bit selfless, even if you PR'd or have to leave the gym in a hurry, don't forget about the energetic atmosphere that's created when you stay until the end of class and cheer others on who are finishing. Maybe that means not putting your equipment away so quickly, but instead grabbing your water and heading toward the last finishers. Even your silent presence in the moment makes a huge difference. Huge.

REMEMBER: No Evening Classes Friday or Saturday morning classes!
