 The Overhead Squat.

It's a beautiful movement. It is empowering. Yet, soul crushing at the same time. It can make you feel like an animal when you get a heavy load balanced and in control all the way down and up. But, it can leave you feeling frail, weak, and vulnerable too. The overhead squat exposes weaknesses, in a brutal way. What I mean is, there's no way to "fake" doing it right. If you lose your balance, the bar will come crashing down. If your arms bend, the bar will come crashing down. If your shoulders roll forward, the bar will come down. If your belly is not tight, the bar will come down.

Today your skill work will be to fine tune your overhead squat with some light weight reps. Your WOD will also have lightweight reps. There are many elements of the OHS that you may need to work on, but for today, choose one or two to focus on as this is a movement that can take years to make look and feel beautiful.
