*News and Notes: Friday of this week will do another day of "choose your own skill" to work on for the wod. You'll be able to pick 3 movements that you'd like to work on and will practice in a structured way. I'd like for everyone to choose one related to their SMART Goal for 2017, its time to start checking those off the list.... :-)
