*Running distance has been increasing a little bit each week. If you've been consistent with attendance on running days, try to increase a little, even if you've scaled the distance. So, if you're ready with this distance today, go for it. If not, continue to scale to what might be appropriate for you. If you had trouble running the 1.5 miles last week, it would be appropriate to cut down today's distance a bit for yourself.
