If you take part in the Summer 2016 PR challenge, here's the design for the t-shirt (tank top will be white with black print) you'll get to show your swelling pride for your accomplishments this summer.

Workout of the Day
For Time:
2K Row
150 Double Unders
1 Mile Run

I know its going to be tempting to skip this one, but if you are following our programming and Wednesday is not really your rest day, then you should be coming to class as usual, for the sake of your own fitness. Let's look at it like this:

Monday- We had sprint conditioning with some higher skill oly and gymnastics movements
Tuesday- Heavy barbell- low skill, raw strength
Wednesday- This is a longer conditioning/mono structural movement workout

It would benefit your fitness to be a well-rounded athlete. You are encouraged to enjoy one thing over another, but not encouraged to create a bias in your training. Fill in those holes in your fitness and show up for this one.
