Mo' mobility? No problem!
The mobility clinic last week was a hit! The members that came definitely noticed a pretty big difference in how they felt after they left last Thursday. We worked on a little bit of mobility from their nose all the way down to their toes and everything in between.
This lead to a discussion about maybe having some more specialized mobility clinics in the future and we would love to hear your thoughts on it? Here are some options for you to choose from so if any of them sound fancy to you then make sure you let us know in the comments section!
Front Rack Positioning
Knees
Overhead Mobility
Lower Back Pain
Ankle Mobility
Rounded upper back (or D-bag shoulder syndrome)
Or anything else that you can think of....just let us know! I know that we take a few minutes every day in class to work on some mobility but it is amazing the difference that you can notice if you really dedicate a good chunk of time to it!
