20 Minute AMRAP

5 Hand Stand Push Ups
10 Pistols
15 Pullups

We're revisiting pistols today. Think about how you performed them last week and make adjustments from there. If you scaled them to use a 20" box, you could try a different variation today. Variance is key to getting exposure to a lot of different modalities and movement patterns. Sometimes just changing one thing slightly will offer a new and different experience for a certain muscle or group of muscles. For the pull-ups, these are the following ways we might scale pull-ups, choose one you don't do very often or ever. Change it up.
Pull-Up Scales/Variations

1. Ring Rows
2. Band assisted Pullups
3. Jumping Pullups
4. Seated Pullups
5. Ring Pullups (like seated, but under a set of rings)
6. Dumbbell or Barbell Rows (hinged over at the hip, row the weight into your chest from fully extended arms)

And there may probably be another half dozen that you can think of that we've tried but I didn't mention here.
