Thursday, Feb. 22nd, Coach Kyle is going to be broadcasting the 18.1 LIVE Workout announcement at the gym on the big screen. Come on out to watch together, what you'll get to do for your first OPEN workout next Friday night! The announcement should start at 8pm and last no more than an hour! BYOB or Snacks and a camp chair if you don't want to sit on a box. :-)
Remember, starting Friday Feb. 23rd, all evening classes are cancelled on Fridays for 5 weeks due to the OPEN events! Plan accordingly if you're normally a Friday night fitnesser!
