Hey there gang, awesome job yesterday with all of those squats! We saw some pretty impressive weights being picked up ANNNNND put down.
We are taking a break from heavy lifting today and we are going to break down one of our more technical gymnastics movements, Toes to Bar! We have a few new tips and tricks up our sleeve that might just help you master this movement. Make sure you pay attention and come ready to rock!
Well that was short and sweet, I only have one more quick announcement. We are proud to announce that we have Huscle Bars for sale in the lobby! These babies are not only delicious but they are a great post-WOD or mid day snack. Did I mention that they are Paleo friednly, rich in Omega 3 fatty acids and that they have 11 grams of protein? Oh yea, they are delicious too. It doesn't get much better than that! I feel like I'm forgetting something....Hmm have I talked about how good they taste yet?
