Throwback Monday

 

Wahoooo! It's Throwback Monday! Thats the phrase isn't it? Maybe not, oh well. Anyway, today we will be hitting you guys with a blast from the past. We did this madness almost a year ago to the day. For those of you that have been around that long, make sure that you take a look at your notebooks. This is one you will want to check. 1,000m Row. Rest two minutes. 

 

For those of you that are newer, fret not! I feel that this is one that we will be re-testing this one before snow starts to fly in October. This brings me to my next point. As you all know, we strongly encourage you all to write down your WODs after you complete them Run 800 meters. Rest 2 minutes. 

 

If you do not write down your workouts then there is no way to compare your previous results. Not only should you all be recording your workouts but you should also note any weights, scaling, bands and reps that you might have used for the workout as well. Maybe your time for the WOD this year is 1:00 slower compared to last year but last year you performed 30 double unders and this time you did the full 100. That would still be a HUGE improvement! 100 Double Unders. Call out TIME! at the top of your lungs. TIME should be your new favorite four letter word. 

 

If you are one of the people that just scrolls all the way to the bottom to find the WOD then you are SOL. I scattered it throughout the post. Lastly, if you have ever played garbage ball before then you better start game planning your strategy. Todays warm up will be awesome!
