15 Handstand PushUps

*Stick to your schedule! As we approach the midway point of the month, its extra important to try to stick to your regular schedule. Keeping to your gym routine is a GREAT stress reliever, especially when family is in town. Oh, and don't forget about that Committed Club Incentive!
