400 M. Run
40 AbMAt Situps
7 Deadlift (75% 1RM)

The prescribed weight for deadlifts today is 75% of your most recent 1 rep max. If you do the math and that doesn't sound like a good idea to you, for you, you'll scale the weight as usual to something that is heavy, but safely manageable. Have fun with this one!
