Workout of the Day

40 Minute AMRAP

17 Power Cleans (135/95)
75 Air Squats
250 M. Plate Carry (45/25)

*For the plate carry, you'll unload 1 plate from your barbell, go for your carry around the block, then re-load the plate when you return. 

Score will be total rounds completed.
