When the work week comes to a close,
our bodies are sore from our head to our toes.
This week it was rowing that made us hurt,
and double unders had us sweating through our shirt.
Yesterday gave us time with the barbell,
Deadlifts, cleans and split jerk hell.
But our coaches must have some sympathy in their souls
They'll program something that will leave our bodies whole!
Maybe nice, easy, mobility and recov-ery...

Muahaha. No sympathy here! It's time to do some burpees folks! But don't worry. It's not JUST burpees, that would be too easy. Instead, we've added something to make the burpee a little more challenging. Let's test those lungs today!
