1 Strict Muscle Up
3 Strict HSPU
12 DB Snatches (55/35)

18 Minute TIMECAP.

We'll spend some time with the strict muscle up. Everyone will have access to skill work with this on the low rings today. However, for the WOD, a scaled version may look like this:

10 Rounds for time

1 Strict Pullup (your most challenging version of a pull-up- maybe its a ring row with your feet way out, maybe its an unassisted strict chest to bar pull-up...etc.)
3 Strict Press with barbell (95/65 may be a good go to)
12 DB Snatches
