Back Squat

5-5-5-5-5

*Today, we're shooting for 5 heavy sets of 5 reps. So, not 4 warm-up sets and one monster set, but aim to make all 5 sets heavy. Look in your notebooks at February 7 of this year to find what you did for a 5 rep max. This can help guide your weight decisions for today. Let's crank the music up and move some weight!
