TGIFFF (Thank goodness it's fun friend Friday)

We're looking forward to meeting your guests!  And make sure to introduce yourself to new faces, they'll be a lot of them today.



You may or may not have noticed already from looking at the schedule, but there is now open gym EVERY weekday at 9am.  And of course, we still have 2 days a week at 7:30pm and Saturdays at 8am.  Take advantage!! Use this time to work on skills or lifts that you strive to improve, or make up a WOD that you missed but really wanted to try.  Even if you just need a little more time to mobilize, this is the time to do it.  Whenever we have athletes working out at open gym, they make a ton of progress towards their goals, and they even have time to master their PR dances! Join the fun!



Use open gym time to get those pull-ups down and join the club!

Wall balls/ air squat*

T2B/abmat sit up*

BURPEES

*The movements are scaled for guests. But EVERYONE does burpees! Yaaaay!
