Throwback Thursday!

I'm throwing it back to my all-time favorite CrossFit videos.  Something about it just always gives me the chills.  I've probably posted this before, but I seriously can't get enough.

 

 

Right in the beginning of this video, CrossFit founder Greg Glassman gives some predictions about the number of CrossFit gyms that will exist in the future.  He predicts 5,000 U.S. and 3,000 international.  I just want to let you know that we have FAR exceeded that number already.  You are truly part of a fitness revolution that's taking over the world! 

 

It's also nice to see that after all these years, and with CrossFit growing astronomically, not much has changed.  Sure, it's much more well known and the competition aspect of it has skyrocketed, but at the base of it all is still a fun, fit community.  Athletes are not passive participants, but active learners.  Coaches believe in life-long exploration and learning.  There's never ending development on both ends!  I don't wanna continue because I'll just get all sappy.  But watch the video! This is what CrossFit's all about baby!
