Sumo Deadlift High Pull
Well, the post will be short and sweet tonight. I figured that you all would be so tired after the lunges today that you wouldn't be able to handle a super long one. All I want you guys to do is watch this video at least 3 times. It is less than a minute and It will help you during the WOD. I want you to watch James Hobart do the movement the first time you watch the video. Just keep your eyes on him the whole time and picture yourself doing the same thing. The second time you watch it, read the points of performance and think about what they mean to you. The third time you watch it I want you to Think about what you just read and SEE it happening. You can legitimately improve your movement patterns by just watching them being performed.
