Watch me Yule, Watch me Superman!
Today we're going to re-visit the Superman and Hollow Body positions for a bit before the WOD. These two gymnastic shapes are foundational for so many of our movements.
I know first hand that the Superman Rock can be challenging. The coordination of initiating the movement is extremely difficult, but I think we've found a way to make it a more accessible skill for lots of our athletes.
Here's a tip on how you can practice initiating the rock today. I'd love to hear how it goes.
