It's time to go overhead! Overhead squatting that is.  This lift is not only great for building strength, coordination, flexibility, and a stable core, but it is also a critical piece to the snatch.  Building a strong overhead squat will help you feel more comfortable in the bottom position of the oh-so-technical olympic lift that we're spending so much time trying to improve.

Of course, trusty ol' Box Life Magazine has a list of tips to help develop the overhead squat.  Some of these can easily be worked on in class, and others can be used during open gym sessions! (or one-on-one sessions if you're an unlimited member!!)

For Time:

30 Calorie Row

30 KBS (53/35)

30 OHSquat (95/65)

30 Over the Bar Burpees
