5 Rounds, each for time:
30/20 Calorie Row
60 second L-Sit on the Paralettes
Rest as needed to go hard again on the row. Accumulate 60s in the L-sit each round. If you're unable to do 20s at once, consider scaling to a tuck sit, L-hold on the rig or a Plank to be able to achieve 60s each round within a manageable time frame.
