Happy Friday before the long weekend!

  

Remember that tomorrow, Saturday, there will be NO REGULAR CLASSES.  We'll be kicking off the Jackie Who? In-house PR competition! Athletes will come in to get their "baseline" time for the WOD.  **Athletes, remember to come in earlier than your scheduled time in order to get in a good warm up!**

 There WILL be all regularly scheduled classes on Monday.

  

Even though it's the weekend, I'm still assigning homework!! What is something you've noticed has changed in your life since you've stared CrossFit? What in your daily routine has improved (or completely changed) since you've been here? Being physcially stronger, someting mental, emotional, anything really!
