Had to Re-Post! Couldn’t be more proud of all you’ve done to help yourself, your family and others around you in the last few years @jillsusan17 Thank you for being you. “This morning I went to my 1000th Crossfit class! I started this journey in March 2014 and it’s been life changing for me! This past year hasn’t been so easy dealing with surgery, injuries and illness, but I’m determined to come out stronger one day at a time. I feel so blessed to be able to participate in such an amazing community of athletes. All the members and especially all the coaches at Seven Valley Crossfit have been a huge part of my success. Thank you to everyone who has supported me through some pretty tough times in my life. I am mentally and physically stronger than I’ve ever been! “

How are we gauging time on the inversion challenge? Actual minutes (seconds?) inverted or x number of minutes spent working on inversions, including brief rest between inversions? Will the clock be going before and after class for this or are we using our own timing device? Asking for a friend ;)

Hi Lisa, tally your actual time spent inverted. It may be easiest to use your own timer on your phone or watch so you can see the clock easily. So if you spend 20seconds, write that down. Once you get to 60 seconds, hooray you’ve done a minute! Most of us will keep track of our minutes, while others may spill over into the hour(s) by the end of the month. The challenge is to accumulate more time spent upside down. :-)
