Holy PR's Batman!
I just want to start out by saying that all of you that showed up yesterday really impressed the hell out of me with all of your work with the Squat Cleans. They are looking truly amazing! If you hit a PR yesterday please leave a comment below and let us know what you did! Its definitely ok to have a #humblebrag every once and a while. Be proud of your hard work!
On to todays awesomeness. We will be working on some of the basics of CrossFit and doing 10 quick hitting workouts. That's right, you heard me, 10 workouts! They are only 2 minutes a piece so we want you to keep the intensity as high as possible.
Strength: Front Squat- find 5RM
WOD- 10 rounds
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
