That's it. That's the whole post. 


Just kidding bro, I am here to tell you all about the importance of consistency. Today's consistency conversation will be focused on what we like to call Cherry Picking. Cherry Picking is when one of our members reads the post, checks out the WOD and decides not to come just because they do not enjoy one of the movements. Now, how will you get better at something that you don't like if you don't come in and work on it? You won't, its as simple as that. 


That being said, I am extremely proud to say that our 7VCF family is VERY good about not cherry picking. If I had a quarter for every time I heard one of you say, "I almost didn't come in today when I saw the WOD but I figured that I might as well just get it over with." Well, I guess that I would be buying a lot more Reese's Pieces from candy machines (which is already a lot) because I hear this almost on a daily basis. I just wanted to let you all know that all of the staff here at 7VCF are PROUDA YOU for attacking your weaknesses on a daily basis. I also wanted to share
